Tree Work in Beverley on the Beverley Westwood

Tree Removal

Tree Work in Beverley on the Beverley Westwood

We have just carried out Tree Work in Beverley on the Beverley Westwood

We were approached by the pasture masters of the Beverley Westwood to inspect some trees they were a little concerned about. Following inspection they were all deemed indecline or dead so a date was set to fell them all.

The largest tree we worked on was a dead mature horse chestnut which was along one of the busiest pathways on the westwood. We felled this early in the morning to avoid pedestrian contact. Despite the signs and warning tape, someone still walked into the target are just before the tree fell!!!

We  also removed 1 sycamore next to the race course as this would have posed a risk to the public and vehicles.

The horse chestnut was left for habitat. It is still visible now and teaming with a myriad of insects.
